Crl.B.A Called .Lerned ADPP for state is present. Mr. Mohan Lal advocate for applicant/accused is present. Police papers received from P.S Islamkot . Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court, whereby bail granted to applicant/ accused subject to solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20, 000/- ( Twenty five thousand) with P.R bond in like amount .Accused has furnished required surety.
