The record of the suit suggest that this court passed order on 12.12.2022 thereby rejecting the application of the defendant filed U/O 7 Rule 11 CPC with directions to the defendant to furnish security in the sum of Rs: 3,0000000/- (three crore) but the defendant neither submitted security not challenged the same order at the higher forum.
