Therefore, the application in hand is hereby allowed and the Nazir of this Court is appointed as Receiver with directions to take over the possession of suit property and depute as many security guard as deem fit for securing the suit property on the cost of plaintiff. The plaintiff shall liable to pay the charges of security guards on each and every month in advance before the Nazir of this Court. Nazir shall maintain the account statement of the expenditure of the cost and charges of the suit property being Receiver of suit property and submit such report on quartly basis.
