Crl.Misc.application u/s 22-A,B Cr.P.C is called. Applicant/Petitioner Nourang Kharoos is present alongwith his learned counsel Mr.Deedar Ali Bangwar. For the reasons to be recorded, the present application is allowed to the extent that respondent NO.1 (SSP Kashmore @ Kandhkot) is directed to ensure that no official under his administrative control causes any illegal harassment, threats, or intimidation to the application, Nourang s/o Bagh Ali Kharos, or his family members. It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude or restrict the police authorities or the trial Court from taking appropriate legal action or executing process strictly in accordance with law in connection with any registered criminal case/proceedings pending against the applicant. The instant Crl.Misc.application stands disposed of in the above terms. |
