This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr.Shafi Muhammad Khoso advocate on behalf of applicant Sardar Ali son of Baggan Khan by caste Khoso against SHO PS A-Section Shahdadkot & others. Heard. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS A-section Shahdadkot and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 10.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
