Criminal Complaint U/s 3 & 4 of the Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005 is called. Applicant/ complainant and his counsel present. Today complaint is fixed for hearing as to taking cognizance or otherwise. Reports were already called and received from the respondents No.4 and 5, as well as from Survey Superintendent Sukkur Division @ Khairpur. Heard arguments and gone through the reports of police, Mukhtiarkar and Survey Superintendent and other available material. Order passed on separate sheet. The complainant has established a prima facie case against Sher Khan and Tasleem for offence punishable U/S 3 & 4 of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005.
