Order passed and announced in opecourt. ???Since alleged detenue Mst: Kalsoom supra desires to go & reside with her husband Sadaqat Ali. hence she is set at liberty in accordance with law. Let P.R bond in sum of Rs.500,000/- (five lac) be obtained from her husband/ applicant for safe custody of detenue. Since applicant has concealed the real facts and filed instant false application due to which Government machinery misused; hence application in hand stands dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) payable to the respondents. |
