Imprisonment for Life. The accused are also liable to pay Rs.1,00,000/- (one lac) each as compensation as required u/s 544-A Cr.P.C, the compensation if paid be paid to all legal heirs of deceased Abdul Hameed Shar. In case of default they shall further undergo SI for six months more. The Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C. is extended to all accused.
