This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by Mr.Noorullah Rind advocate on behalf of applicant Mst Sahib Khatoon w/o Ghulamullah by caste Kalhoro against SHO PS Nasirabad & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Khalid Hussain the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Nasirabad and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 09.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
