Case called. Accused Pannah @Daboo Shah is absconder and not yet served. Learned DDPP for the state is present. Report U/S 88 Cr.P.C of accused received from Mukhtiarkar Khanpur, which is kept on record at Ex-03. Learned ADPP for the state has filed statement for keeping the case dormant file at Ex-04. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court, at Ex-05, admittedly; accused is untraceable and declared as proclaimed offender.
