Case called. Accused is present on bail. Learned ADPP and defense counsel are present. Charge is framed as Ex 2 and his plea is recorded as Ex 2-A to which he pleaded guilty. Accused person has also submitted an application whereby pleading guilty. Simultaneously, show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C is served upon accused and he submitted his reply which is taken on record. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused is convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/- as well as the accused shall remain in Court custody till arising of Court hours. In case of failure in depositing the fine amount the accused shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
