As per Nazir report the suit property is valued around Rs.11,000,000/- to Rs.12,000,000/-. As per Mukhtiarkar report, the market value of the residential plot inside the defendant???s project is around Rs.38000/- to Rs.40,000/- square yards. Record further shows that defendant/J.D has not filed any objection on the market value of the suit property. Hence, the market value of the suit property is fixed at the rate of Rs.11,000,000/-. The defendant/J.D is directed to deposit such amount within 15 days from today before the Nazir of this Court. The application in hand shall be decided after expiry of such period. Put off to 23.04.2026 for compliance. |
