Execution application has also been allowed vide order dated 23-09-2024 but despite of that J.D side has failed to make compliance of it. In view of aforesaid position the prayer of D.H side bears merit for consideration as such office is directed to issue writ of possession accordingly & also issue show cause notice for non payment of manse profit as per aforesaid decree. As such application u/s 151 CPC disposed of in above terms, on last date of hearing. Writ of Possession issued which returned by both bailiffs of this Court, with report that on spot clash occured & the bailiffs prayed to provide help of Mukhtiarkar Sindhri & provide of police aid for pointation of suit property & for map of the said property, order passed on it. Statement of bailiff be recorded & same be put-up before Presiding officer. Today District Bar Association, Mirpurkhas observed full day strike therefore, work remained suspended.
