Today surety person Nadir Mehmood appeared before this court on voluntarily and moved application praying therein to deposit outstanding amount of installment of JD Muhammad Akram. As there were outstanding amount Rs.1,08,000/- on 26-04-2025 he deposited Rs.12,000/-. After that till today there is remaining amount against him is total Rs.1,68,000/- against JD. Today he is ready to deposit Rs.80,000/- and remaining 88,000/- of installment he will pay within two months and will keep continue monthly installment Rs.12,000/- on every due date. Meanwhile he requested to recall the order of NBW of JD. Notice to other side/DH. Matter is already fixed on 01-11-2025. Rs.80,000/- has been deposited by surety Nadir on behalf of JD Akram.
