The applicants have failed to make out their case within the ambit of 12(2) of CPC and that none of the pleas could establish hence instant application merits no consideration and is dismissed. & further order passed & seperate order sheet. Application is allowed Nazir is directed to proceed with sale of suit property by way of auction. Parties are directed to provide necessary assistance to the Nazir.
