Mr. Shabir Ahmed Khoso advocate has filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Ayaz. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by the DDPP for the state and same application brought on record at Ex.15. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.16 that accused Ayaz son of Ali Hassan Bhayo is hereby acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. He is produced through video link, an acquittal intimation is accordingly issued with direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required in any other case. |
