On 28-11-2026. Matter called. It is fixed for final arguments from both side. Learned counsel for plaintiff filed application U/2 151 CPC at Ex:85 and disclosed that an official witness namely Wali Muhammad, Junior Clerk, sub-registrar Mirpurkhas got recorded his evidence at Ex.53 but his cross examination, which was reserved, has not been conducted. He also requested that examination in chief of official witness Mukhtiarkar Kot Ghulam Muhammad namely Nazeer Ahmed Khaskheli was also reserved for want of documents on dated: 24-09-2025 at Exh-49/- which has also not been completed due to inadvertence and oversight by defendant side. Hence he request/prayed that defendant evidence side be re-opened to the extent of cross examination of said official witness and also further evidence of Mukhtiarkar Kot Ghulam Muhammad namely Nazeer Ahmed Khaskheli.
