The P.O is under transfer. Matter called. Plaintiff is present with counsel. Process issued upon all the defendants, and returned served upon defendants No.1, 5, 7, 11, 12 (a to g), 14, 17, 18 & 19, while process upon remaining defendants returned unserved as per endorsement of bailiff and and he further stated that defendant No.2 has been expired. Order on it. Service held good against defendants No.1, 5, 7, 11, 12 (a to g), 14, 17, 18 & 19, Notice to plaintiff for the defendant No.2, plaintiff is directed to file proper application accordingly in terms of death of defendant No.2.
