Accordingly, I while exercising powers so conferred upon me under section 265-E (ii) Cr.P.C, and by taking lenient view convict accused Basit son of Muhammad Haeef for offence u/s 6/9 (i) 3 (a) CNS Amended Act 2024 and sentenced to R.I for the period of Ten Months and pay fine of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) in case of default, he shall suffer 15 days more Simple imprisonment. Accused is entitled for the benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period which he remained in jail custody. Accused produced by jail authority. He remanded back to jail authorities to serve out the above sentence alongwith conviction warrant.
