This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Maqsood Ahmed Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Imran son of Horan by caste Magsi in Crime No.117/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
