The instant case is called. The all accused are present on bail except one Abdul Qadir. They are present along with junior associate of their learned counsel, Mr. Ayaz Ali Gopang. Co-accused Abdul Sattar, who is son of absent accused Abdul Qadir, has filed application for condoning the absence of Abdul Qadir on ground of his illness. Junior associate of the counsel for accused persons is present. Complainant Lutufullah Arain is present along with his son/PW Waqas Arain. The case is fixed for his and his witnesses??? evidence. Complainant requests that his counsel Mr. Muhammad Wahab Arain, who, due to his personal affairs is unable to appear; therefore, a date may be granted to him. It has been observed that on each date of hearing, both parties have shown their reluctance on one or other pretext from proceeding with the case. It is worth mentioned that apart from the status of parties as complainant and accused, they are advocates by profession also, but their conduct has remained extremely disappointing. They are advised in their own interest to avoid lingering the case proceedings and appear along with their counsels to proceed with the case from stage of evidence of PWs on next date of hearing (06-01-2026) at 08:30AM.
