Cr. Misc. Application is called. Applicant and his counsel are present. Reports received from SSP Khairpur. Proposed detainees are present. Statement of proposed detainee Mst. Samreen recorded. Order on it. No case of illegal detention is made out. Keeping in view the statement of proposed detenue Mst. Samereen, she is at liberty to reside as per her choice along with her children. No one can be illegally restrained and detained. In these circumstances, this application is declined. However the parties are at liberty to approach the learned G&W court concerned for deciding the question of permanent custody of minor children. The SHO PS B-Section Khairpur is directed to provide lawful protection to the proposed detenue Mst. Samreen and her children, as and when they approach PS. |
