Matter called. All four respondents are present on bail. ADPP and DC are present. Both parties and their counsels appeared and submitted the affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly singed by the respondents also duly signed by their learned counsel wherein they stated that they have made compromise and ensured to court that they will not fight each other in future. Order passed and announced in open court proceedings dispose of the above said proceedings against the respondents and discharge the respondents from the above said proceedings under section 119 Cr.PC and their bond stands cancelled and surety discharged. |
