Judgment passed and announced in open Court at Ex.16 that accused Abdul Ghaffar son of Ilyas Bhutto, Abdul Ghafoor son of Gul Muhammad Bhutto and Sattar @ Abdul Sattar Bhutto are acquitted u/s 265 H(i) Cr.PC. The accused Abdul Ghafoor and Sattar @ Abdul Sattar are present on bail, their bail bonds stand cancelled and sureties are discharged. While accused Abdul Ghaffar is produced in custody through video link, he is remanded back alongwith acquittal intimation, with direction to jail authorities to release him forthwith in this case only and if he is not required to be detained in any other case. While case against absconding accused be kept on dormant file, till their arrest or surrender before the Court. |
