Case called. I.O/ASI Sawan Mal of P.S Diplo appeared and submitted final challan against accused Hanif & four others, in FIR No.27/2026, U/S 506(ii), 147, 148, 149, 114,337-A(i), F(i), 504 PPC of P.S Diplo. I.O added section 337-A(ii), 337-F(iii) PPC. Accused each one Hanif S/o Ramzan, Daad alias Allahdad S/o Mooso, Mehboob S/o Hussain, Ishaque S/o Ibrahim and Hashim S/o Gajan all by caste Mangiya, R/o village Rojhan, Taluka Diplo are present on bail. Heard & Perused the relevant papers. Order passed on separate sheet. As per order, Final challan accepted, cognizance taken against all accused persons, for the offence U/S 337-A(ii), 337-F(iii), 148, 149, 114, 504, 506(ii) PPC. Register the case. Photo stat copies of police documents supplied to all accused on free of cost vide receipt at Exh.01. Perusal of papers reveals that accused was not granted bail in added sections, hence issue show cause notice against all accused. Put off to....17.08.2026 for Charge/reply of show cause notice. All accused are directed to attend. |
