Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi the learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Passban C.I Kamber and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 07.04.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
