His learned counsel is present and undertakes to represent him throughout the proceedings. In the circumstances, particularly keeping in view the confinement of the accused in a jail situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the practical difficulty in securing his production on each date, his personal attendance is hereby dispensed with under Section 540-A Cr.P.C. until final disposal of the case, unless this Court, for any particular reason, directs his personal appearance.
