This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faraz Ahmed Hakro advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Zubair Ahmed son of Muhammad Bachal Buriro in Crime No.126/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 462-I, 39-A Electricity Act. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 18.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
