This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr.Gul Muhammad Pathan advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Sarwar son of Fatteh Muhammad Mughal, 02-Kamran @ Irfan Ali son of Ghulam Sarwar Mughal in Crime No.62/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 504,506/2,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
