Order passed and announced in open Court. Bail of applicant/accused is granted in the sum of Rs:20,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. One namely Mubarak s/o Khamiso by caste Mari appeared and stood surety of applicant/accused in the sum of Rs:20000/- with P.R bond in the like amount and Special saving certificate with affidavit. Order on it. on S.A surety accepted. Issue release writ of applicant/accused through concerned Jail authority. |
