This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Ayoub Khanzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Pannah son of Ghulam-ul-Nabi, 02-Arif @ Muhammad Arif son of Ghulam Nabi @ Muhammad Pannah, 03-Sarwar @ Abdul Sattar, 04-Abdul Rahman both sons of Muhammad Pannah all by caste Magsi in Crime No.110/2026 of PP Saddar PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,337-Ai,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 12.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court.
