Reference was made to the Honourable Sessions Judge, Ghotki for transfer of case of Juvenile accused Faheem Ali alongwith case of adult accused Ali Sher, reference has been allowed and this Case of juvenile accused alongwith case of adult accused Ali Sher has been transferred to the court of learned IInd Civil Judge and J.M, Ghotki, vide EB No.7103 dated 18.08.2026. Let R & Ps be sent to the transferee Court. Case is already fixed on 22.08.2026. |
