Crl. Misc. application u/s22-A,B Cr.P.C is called. Applicant/petitioner Jhangal Bangwar is present alongwith his learned counsel Mr.Ghulam Mustafa Bangwar. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. Consequently, the respondent No.1 (SHO P.S Gublo Katcho) is directed to record the statement of the applicant u/s 154, Cr.P.C at verbatim. If from such statement a cognizable offence is made out, the SHO shall register the FIR accordingly, accordance with law.
