Family Suit called. The plaintiff is present, learned counsel for plaintiff is present, defendant is called absent and already de-barred and declared ex-partee. Witnesses Mst Zahida and Gulshad Ali are present, learned counsel for plaintiff submitted ex-partee affdiavit in evidence of plaintiff and witnesses. The deposition of plaintiff recorded at Ex. No. 16, she produced her affidavit in evidence at Ex. No. 16/A, Witness Mst Zahida examined at Ex. No. 17, she produced her affidavit in evidence at Ex. No. 17/A, witness Gulshad Ali at Ex. No. 18, he produced his affidavit in evidence at Ex. No.18/A. The learned counsel for plaintiff submitted side close statement at Ex. No. 19. The arguments heard. Judgment passed at Ex. No. 20 and announced in open court. The suit of plaintiff is decreed ex-partee and marriage between plaintiff and defendant is hereby dissolved with no order as to costs. Let the decree be prepared accordingly and copy of same be sent to Chairman Union council concerned for reconciliation between the parties. The decree shall take effect after passing of (90) days. |
