Suit called. Plaintiff and his counsel are present. None is present from the side of defendants. Today matter is fixed for service of summon upon all the defendants. The summons are issued through bailiff and returned back with report of bailiff. As per bailiff endorsement he has served the summon upon official defendants No. 2 to 4 whereas returned the summon as un-served with endorsement that defendant No.5 was went to Karachi and his Manager refused to receive the summon. Order passed on separate sheet, the service upon the defendant No.2 to 4 is held good. The summon is not issued upon the defendant No.1. The learned counsel for the plaintiff pressed for ad-interim order to save the things in status-quo as the defendant No.5 trying to dispossess and creating third party interest over the suit land and if he succeeded the very purpose for filing the suit become infructuous. Order passed on separate sheet, interim status quo is grated, the defendant No.05 is directed to maintain status-quo in respect to possession of the plaintiff as well regarding complexion of the suit land or creating third party interest till next date of hearing. Matter adjourned to 01-07-2026 for appearance and filling of written statement by the defendants No.2 to 4, service of summon upon the defendant No.5 through bailiff and upon defendant No.1 through courier
