Per file in hand charge in this case was framed on 27.08.2024 thereafter my learned predecessor recorded evidence of two formal witnesses up to 06.12.2024. Thereafter evidence of complainant Doolah, injured witness Fida Hussain, injured witness Niaz Hussain, eye witness Hakim Ali and Tapedar Rashid Hussain have been examined on 04.12.2025 and the cross examination of the private PWs was reserved on the request of learned defence counsel despite such concession, the said witnesses have not been examined as yet. Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Kalhoro defence counsel for accused Ali Muhammad and Faiz Muhammad sought adjournment and filed such application on the ground that a transfer application has been filed, which also been noticed to other side. Comments have also been called from this Court. Mr. Hussain Bux Mari counsel for complainant opposed the adjournment application with words in writing. Order passed thereon.
