Also, the commissioner is directed to determine whether any encroachment is made upon the 10 feet vide street between the Quarter No.5/73, Area 37-A and suit properties. The report of Commissioner should reach to this Court on or before next date of hearing i.e. 20.12.2025. The Commissioner fee is fixed, which shall be borne by the defendant No.1. Office is directed to call Assistant Director(R) Landhi Township Karachi Development Authority with detail report as well as record/chain of documents the Residential Plot Nos.L-01 & Plot No.02, Street No.5, Area 37-A, Landhi, measuring 80 Square Yards each, situated in Landhi No.4, Karachi. |
