Application called, The learned counsel for the applicant and learned ADPP for the state are present. The report from the ETO has also been received same is kept on record. The report submitted by the I.O. same is kept on record its contents prima facie reflects that the alleged vehicle is still not recovered by the I.O. of the case same is in the possession of the police officials of P.S. Patni Tehsil Rohri District Sukkur in Crime No. 21/2026. Hence, the instant application is also hereby disposed of with liberty to file fresh whenever I.O. recovered the same vehicle as a case property. The I.O. of the case is also hereby directed to submit his report and recover the said vehicle in the instant crime as soon as possile. |
