Case is fixed for appearance of accused Mureed who was absent on last date and shown on bail in final charge sheet as well as execution of NBWs against absconder accused Duri Khan who was challaned under section 512 Cr.PC. Record shows that in execution of NBWs accused Duri Khan was arrested and supplementary challan was submitted on 06.08.2026, which was accepted and his jail warrant was issued for production through video link. The notice issued upon accused Mureed returned served. The accused Mureed also submitted application of condonation of his absence of last date. Order passed on it. Condoned. Now all accused have been appeared. Therefore let the matter be fixed for supply of copies. Put off...............12.08.2026 for supply of copies to all accused.
