Case called. I.O/ASI Abdul Razaque appeared and submitted final challan in crime No.33/2026 of P.S Kaloi against accused each one Khadim Hussain S/o Khamiso, 2. Samoon S/o Khamiso, 3. Raheem Khan S/o Jeeand all by caste Lund, while name of accused Mumtaz Ali S/o Ghulam Muhammad Lund is kept in column No-II. All accused are present on bail. Complainant is present. I.O deleted sections 337-F(iv), 337-F(vi) PPC. I.O added section 337-F(i), 337-F(iii) PPC. Mr. Perma Nand Advocate appeared and filed power on behalf of complainant.
