The suit was called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. As per the previous order dated 19-02-2026, learned counsel for the plaintiff has already been directed to comply with the said order and satisfy the Court regarding the maintainability of the suit. Today matter was fixed for arguments on maintainability of this suit, however he has failed to argue on maintainability of the suit, therefore plaint was rejected under order VII rule 11 CPC. Hence instant suit is disposed off accordingly. Since the notice of strike was communicated to this Court after 10:00 and this order was announced at 09:30 am therefore this court become functus officio.
