Case called. SHO P.S. 60th Mile is present along with report in Sessions Case No.353/2014, S/V Abdul Majeed Jatt & Ors U/S 324 PPC Crime No.01/2014 P.S 60th Mile. He has produced the proclaimed offender namely Altaf. On hearing, he has pointed out that he was acquitted by the Court through a compromise. I have seen the R & Ps. It is apparent from the record that on the basis of compromise dated 22.11.2014 accused Altaf along with other accused namely Abdul Majeed and Abdul Hafeez were acquitted from the case U/s 345 (6) Cr.P.C. vide order dated 22.11.2014. It appears that the record was not updated by the Court staff posted in the year 2014 so also the concerned P.S. The SHO P.S. 60th Mile is directed to update the record showing the accused Altaf, Abdul Majeed and Abdul Hafeez have already been acquitted. Now he shall furnish the progress report with regard to accused Irfan Ali on 12.12.2025. The accused Altaf is ordered to be released from the present case forthwith if not required in any other case. |
