Order passed and announced in open court, as per order, the request for legal protection, being a constitutional right available to every citizen, is allowed to the extent that the SHO of the concerned police station is directed to ensure legal protection to the applicants strictly in accordance with law and to submit a compliance report before this Court within 07 days from the receipt of this order. It is, however, made clear that this order shall, in no manner, be construed as conferring any advantage upon the applicants in respect of the aforesaid dispute, or in any civil litigation or other proceedings pending or to be initiated by or against either party.
