Diary Dated: 24.01.2026:- The applicant, Noor Dali Khan, appeared in person along with counsel for submission of solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with the original registration book of vehicle No. TAC-233 (including first page) and a PR Bond. Perusal of record reflects that the applicant had sought restoration of HINO Truck bearing Registration No. TAB-007 (new Registration No. TAC-233), which after detailed hearing was allowed in his favour vide order dated 24.12.2025, subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.1,00,000/-, PR bond of Rs.10,000,000/- (Rupees Ten Million / One Crore), and submission of the original registration book of the vehicle, as per detailed separate order sheet. In compliance thereof, the applicant himself stood as surety and submitted an affidavit along with original voucher No. 43, showing deposit of the surety amount in the Surety Account of District Court Karachi (West) at NBP, City Court, Karachi. The applicant has also submitted the PR bond of Rs.10,000,000/- and the original registration book of vehicle No. TAC-233 (including first page). Upon verification by the concerned Branch Manager, the affidavit is accepted. Accordingly, the vehicle is ordered to be released and a letter is issued to the SIO for compliance. The original registration book of vehicle No. TAC-233 (including first page) be deposited with the Nazarat Branch for safe custody till further orders of the Court.
