Matter called. Plaintiff Mashooque Jamali and his counsel Mr. Javed Ahmed Memon are present. The perusal of record shows that vide order dated 27.08.2026, the service was already held good against the defendants No.04 to 06, 08 and 09. Perusal of record further reflects that vide order dated 07.09.2026 the service was already held good against defendant No.13. The learned counsel moved application for deleting the name of defendant No.11 from the array of parties at Ex.No. 07, which was allowed. He also filed amended title at Ex.No. 08. Which is kept on record. Defendant No.11 (Defendant No.12 in the original plaint) namely Qurban is appeared in person and submitted an application that he shall appear alongwith his counsel and submit power of attorney on behalf of defendants No.10 and 12 namely Ali and Ramzan on next date of hearing at Ex,No. 09, as such the service against defendants No.10 to 12 is hereby held good. The notice issued against defendants No.1 to 3 and 7 through TCS which was returned as served, as such the service against defendants No.1 to 3 and 7 is hereby held-good.
