PT declared failed. Khula is granted. Counsel for plaintiff application U/S 151 CPC with prayer for appontment of bailiff for certain dowry articles as admitted by defendant in WS. Notice to other side. Cousnel for defendant put note on application U/S 151 CPC and submitted that he has ready to dowry articles as per annexure D-1. Let the letter be issued to head bailiff. Bailiff is directed to submit report on or before next date. Counsel for defendant also argued on application U/S 17-A. Arguments heard. Since the spouse has no issue and plaintiff also claimed her past maintenance since Sep 2025 till dissolution of marriage. Therefore application is hereby disposed of. Matter adjourned to 05.05.2026 for report of bailiff and framing of issues. |
