It is pertinent to mention here that prior to recording of evidence of PW-01, the complainant and accused persons exchanged hot words with each other and used abusive language and meanwhile they scuffled with each other in open court despite of repeated direction of the presiding officer to maintain the decorum of the court. Meanwhile the SHO of PS City Court and learned member of the KBA Committee Mr. Ikhtiyar Ali Channa were called by the court who took the complainant who is also practicing advocate and also the counsel for accused was called at KBA. After sometime, complainant came along with learned member of the KBA Committee Mr. Ikhtiyar Ali Channa and excused in open court in respect of his attitude, abusing and shouting and in presence of learned member of the KBA Committee Mr. Ikhtiyar Ali Channa undertook/stated at Bar that he will not repeat such attitude/act in future. Thereafter, case adjourned to 20.04.2026 by consent with thanks to learned member of the KBA Committee Mr. Ikhtiyar Ali Channa and SHO PS City Court who controlled the situatino along with his security personnel. Both the parties are at liberty to take legal action against each other if desired. Report of this incident be sent to the Honorable District and Sessions Judge Karachi South.
