Accused Babar son of Manzoor Machi is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.PC, for offence u/s 377-B,511 PPC, he is sentenced for offence U/S 377-B PPC read with section 511 PPC, the accused Babar is sentenced to undergo 07 years instead of full sentence of 14 years and to pay Fine 0.5 million rupees and in default of thereof, to further suffer six months imprisonment ( Fine not paid). The benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC is also extended to the accused, for the period, for which he remained to jail as Under Trial Prisoner (UTP). Accused is produced in custody from Central Prison, Larkana, he is remanded back to Central Prison & Correctional Facility, Larkana to serve out his sentences awarded under this judgment.
