This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mansoor Ali Tunio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Hajjan son of Himath Ali, 02-Junaid, 03-Jawad both sons of Abdul Waheed, 04-Mst Hina, 05-Mst Heer, 06-Qubra all three daughters of Himath Ali, 07-Mst Anosha d/o Gul Muhammad, 08-Mst Raheema w/o Abdul Waheed, 09-Mst Shumaila d/o Abdul Waheed all by caste Tunio in Crime No.32/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 14.05.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
