Case called. Mr. Abdul Rauf Khoso present along with applicant???advocate, Mr. Abdul Faheem Thaheem, Mr. Akbar Ali Samejo, Mr. Gul Khan Jakhrani and other advocates argued that this is a case of an advocate, and his case may be decided keeping in view of his profession, irrespective of merits of case. On the other hand Mr. Muhammad Akram Samo filed power on behalf of the proposed accused No.05, who is also present. Adjourned to tomorrow 23.04.2026, however, the applicant in person is directed to pursue his case himself, who himself is practicing advocate as Court has to see the merits of the case and not profession of the parties, the instance of Mr. Abdul Rauf Khoso for favor of advocate is unwarranted under the law. |
